▫️Check in/out time; at 12pm.

* Check IN can be arranged; between 12pm ~ 7pm; Afternoon.
* Check OUT can be arranged; between 10am ~ 1pm; Morning

* Please let us know by DAY BEFORE.

* Setting check in time is for the safety reasons, We must have 15-30mins of introduce time to let them fit in the pack no matter how many times your pet was here (there might be a new guest).

* ⚠️Door will be closed and your appointment will be cancelled after 30mins from the appointment time.

▫️Belongings; need their foods for stay (extra bag for case of urgent), and treats/meds if they have. I’ll provide treats approximately 10am/3pm, it’ll be organic, 100% meat products (chicken/beef/horse/pork/fish etc). Please let me know if she/he has any allergies.

▫️Discount; 

For 2weeks stay or longer, you’ll receive 10%OFF from total boarding fees if you bring in their crate. 

* Discount will not be applicable for Holidays and Vacation season.

* Acceptable number of Crate and size are limited.

* crate = type of vari kennel for the travel use that has good enough space for feeding. Mesh cage, carrier are NOT acceptable.

Appoint for SPA can be made for 2 weeks stay or longer. Please notify me if you would like to receive a Spa Course during the stay.

▫️All dogs will go to my friend’s shop with our dogs if there are transport happens. It’ll be 1-2 nights normally and same fee as what we charge, no additional fees.

Day Care Service is go by the hours of stay less than 12hrs; 

DayCare schedule will be available week before after the all other services have scheduled. You’ll be able to check after Wednesday for following week.

We have very limited availability on this service, but this would be our “give out gift” or “event prize” sometimes! It’s not happen very often but it will for sure! (not only this but an announcement when something happens will be always up on our Facebook page!)

If they still need for the Basic Manner Training, it’ll be the PoochCamp and ¥2,000 additional for the 1 time visit session (overnight PoochCamp will be ¥1,000 /per day on boarding fees (2weeks or more).
