HOUSE RULES
Here are something to keep in mind to receive our all services, based on the safety of all paws and to have much fun! Please read through below, and send us a AGREEMENT after you have read all through! Please don’t be hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
Reservations/Appointments
PAWer’s Wish reserves the right to refuse services and admittance to any Pet Guest who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of contagious health conditions, demonstrates aggressive behavior or does not meet our health and temperament standards.
All communication will be taken via Facebook messenger except; inquiry form and appointment confirmation email that were kept in our system as the records. Inquiry form and appointment confirmation email will be sent/received via email.
Transport
Taking order from Facebook messenger, Inquiry form, Emails. This will be the top priority and information of your questions will be sent within 48hrs. For the emergency, please type *Emergency* or *Urgent* on the top of comment/title.
Boarding
PAWer’s Wish rooms can only be guaranteed if the reservation is confirmed in advance. A reservation can only be confirmed if the following is on file:
1. Confirmation email.
2. Proof of current vaccinations. Absolutely no Pet Guest for any service will be admitted without current vaccines.
*3. Prior to extending a boarding, current balance must be paid in full.
DayCare
Reservation are required. Non-reservation dogs will be turned away if the ratio of dog to staff is reached.
DayCare schedule will be available week before after the all other services have scheduled. You’ll be able to check after Wednesday for following week.
DayCare acceptance are from after the Spring Break to before the Halloween Holidays(week before the Halloween to End of the Spring Break is closed), except weekends and following Holiday weekends; Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day.
Luxury SPA Course (Grooming)
Appointments are required. Although we do try to accommodate every dog or cat, the Salon & Spa books quickly. It is highly recommended to book your appointment via several weeks or more in advance.
Pooch Camp / Basic Manner Training
Pooch Camp can be set combined with Boarding or DayCare, stay 2 weeks basically and see what’s their progress. Appointment required.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Peak Holiday
No penalty but keep in the record. Will not be able to make any reservation/appointment for three months after 3 times of No Show No Call occurred.
- Peak Holiday
Cancellations that occur within 3 days prior to check-in, for Peak/Holiday periods, will result in forfeiture of your 2 night fee. To avoid the forfeiture of your 2 night fee, please cancel Peak/Holiday reservations at least 3 days prior to arrival with us.
⚠️No Show No Call⚠️
“No-Show No-Call” for all services which is defined as not showing up for your scheduled appointment/reservation by 30mins after your check-in time. At which time, the room/slot will be released and the appointment/reservation cancelled.
If you have no showed for your appointment after 30mins have passed, your appointment will be canceled, no penalty fee will be forfeitures but no appointment can be make another 3 month.
We understand that you may sometimes need to reschedule appointments. When we make your appointment please understand we are reserving time for your pet to see a provider. This courtesy makes it possible to give the best service here at PAWer’s Wish. If you need to reschedule an appointment please message us as soon as possible at least 24 hrs in advance.
Arrivals/Departures
- Check-in and out is strictly by appointment only. Set time is at 12pm for both check-in and out.
* Check IN can be arranged; between 12pm ~ 7pm; Afternoon.
* Check OUT can be arranged; between 10am ~ 1pm; Morning
* System is the same as the hotel for people’s.
- Check-in and out occurring outside of appointment time is available if it’s notified us by day before. Any Pet Guests check-in and out before 10:00am or after 8:00pm will incur an early (late) check-in and out fee of one more night stay fee, and it’ll be added onto the bill even if we didn’t notified.
Pet Health & Safety
PAWer ’s Wish takes great pride in the health and safety of our Pet Guests.
PAWer’s Wish accommodates pets that are healthy, fit, and able to walk unassisted. Pet Guests with terminal illnesses and in the late stages of an illness cannot be accommodated at PAWer’s Wish. of oral and topical medications. (i.e. drains, bandage changes, suture removal, etc.)
All Pet Guests must be in good health and not have been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses (ie Infectious skin disease, Kennel Cough) within a 30days period prior to check-in. PAWer’s Wish will require veterinarian documentation proving a clean health record after This information needs to be message in advance to PAWer’s Wish.
All Pet Guests must be on a monthly flea and tick preventative, and heart guard (regularly Jun-Nov). This is for the safety of your pet and other Pet Guests, no exceptions. PAWer’s Wish reserves the right to decline appointment / reservation if fleas or ticks are discovered at check in.
Un-Neutered male dog are not acceptable. This rule will not apply to the transport clients. *For under urgent scenario; in-neutered dog must be wear the manner-belt. Un-neutered dog will be separated from the others if there is an un-spayed female in house, or displaying an aggression toward to the others.
Pet Guests that require specialized care and / or attention; Please discuss your pet’s needs with us via message or at the reception to make sure that we can properly provide the care your pet needs.
PAWer’s Wish reserves the right to decline reservations to Pet Guests that may require additional assistance that displaying signs of the following (not limited to will not be accepted); incontinence, severe lack of mobility, epilepsy, etc.
All Pet Guest medications must come in original bottle prescribed from a veterinarian.
Vaccination Requirements
Pet Guests must meet JAPAN vaccination standards before admittance to PAWer’s Wish.
- 🐶Dog Requirements:
Rabies – Current in the last year.
DHPP – Current in the last year.
Must be on a monthly flea and tick preventative, and heart guard. (regularly Jun-Nov).
*Highly recommended, not required*
Bordetella – Current in the last year, or 6 months depending on the vaccination provided.
Fecal Exam – Current in last year.
- 🐱Cat Requirements:
Rabies – Current in the last year.
FVRCP – Current in the last year.
Must be on a monthly flea and tick preventative, and heart guard.
*Highly recommended, not required*
Feline Leukemia – Current in the last year.
Fecal Exam – Current in the last year.
- 🐶Dog Guests
All dog guests 16 weeks (4 months) and older must provide proof of current vaccinations. Titers are accepted with proper documentation.
Puppies must be at least 12 weeks of age and have completed the first two series of vaccinations, including the bordetella vaccine.
Vaccination documentation must be confirmed by check-in day.
- 🐱Cat Guests
All cat guests 16 weeks (4 months) and older must provide proof of current vaccinations. Titers are accepted with proper documentation.
All cat guests must be spayed and neutered.
Boarding/DayCare Requirements
Daycare is for social dogs to play and have fun. All dog guests will be placed in a same group.
Since safety is our primary goal, DayCare is not for every dog. It is not a place for aggressive dogs to learn to be social.
To join the Daycare, each dog must complete an evaluation. Be at least 12 weeks of age and have completed first two series of vaccinations, including monthly flea and tick preventative, and heart guard. Meet published JAPAN vaccination standards. All dogs must be neutered to continue participating in DayCare.

Un-spayed females may participate in DayCare unless they are in heat. Once they are in heat, they will promptly be moved from DayCare.
Food / Treats
Pets are fed twice daily, in the morning and evening. However, we can also accommodate lunchtime feedings.
PAWer’s Wish prefers that you provide your pet’s food, as to not upset the pet’s stomach. Please put each feeding in a container or separate Ziploc bags, labeled with the pet’s name. Please make sure that you bring enough food (extra bags would be great for in case of delays) for your pet’s entire stay.
If your pet runs out of food, PAWer’s Wish will feed your pet our house cuisine for a fee up to ¥500/per day. If you choose to not bring your pet’s food, PAWer’s Wish offers our house supply brand (Royal Canine, Avodarm, or Fish4Dog), for ¥500/per day.
Bedding/Belongings
PAWer’s Wish provides clean and comfortable bedding for your pet. PAWer’s Wish accept your pet’s crate to provide 10%OFF from total of your pet’s stay (over 2weeks or longer). Own crate will helps, or t-shirt with your scent is permitted to help reduce separation anxiety.
PAWer’s Wish accepts your pet’s toys; hard chew rubber toy, cotton rope toy, ball etc for your pet’s stay. PAWer’s Wish will write pet’s name on all of their belongings if needed.
Long Stay Maintenance
PAWer’s Wish requires that all dogs boarding receives a daily grooming which is the basic maintenance only, options will be charged (shampoo, nails, hair cutting, DeShedding etc).
Please notify us if you would like to receive a Spa Course during the stay. It’ll be able to provide for 2 weeks stay or longer.
Medications
PAWer’s Wish staff can administer oral and topical medications, no fees will apply.
Medication must be in the original bottle prescribed by a veterinarian, and the correct dosage indicated by the message or print.
Property Damage
PAWer’s Wish reserves the right to charge an additional property damage fee to Owners whose dogs damage any of our rooms/facility.
Property damage includes damage or destruction of beds, walls, floor, etc. To avoid the potential of any unexpected fees, PAWer’s Wish strongly recommends that Owners who believe their dogs may cause property damage to speak with us to determine the best room type and amenities for their dog.
Payment
Payment is due at check-out. We accept;
- Credit Card; VISA / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS / DISCOVER / DINERS CLUB / JCB,
- Cash; USD, JPN, PayPal.
*Personal checks are not acceptable.
Over a Month Stay Payments
Stays exceeding a month require payment of services after the first month of boarding, and then at the end of each month thereafter. We accept online payment, or client must maintain a valid credit card on file to be charged accordingly.
Agreement form
