This agreement, and any addendums attached, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. All terms and conditions of this agreement shall be binding on the heirs, agents and assigns of Owner and PAWer’s Wish.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the local and state laws of State. Each party fully consents to the laws of said state and prior to any legal filings will mediate in good faith to resolve disputes. 

NO SHOTS NO SERVICE; For the safety of your pet and other pets, we will not provide any of our services without full updated shot records.

The following shots will need to have been given in order for our servicing to take place. Required; Rabies / Distemper. Highly recommend; Kennel Cough (Bordetella) / Heart Guard / Tick Protection

If the pet shall in any form becomes ill or if the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires attention, PAWer’s Wish at its sole discretion, is authorized to engage the services of the veterinarian provided in this Contract, if listed veterinarian is unavailable, PAWer’s Wish has the right to provide in house veterinary services or arrange to the animal up to $5,000 at pet owner’s expense.

Owner will pay all costs and charges for special services requested, and provide updated vaccination records from your vet before the date to receive our services.

Owner represents that the pet has not been exposed to Rabies or Distemper within 30 days prior to receive our services.

Owner specifically represents that they lawfully own pets listed in this Agreement to the best of their knowledge.

Owner will be held solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior including aggression that takes place during receiving our services.

Owner understands that the pet shall not leave the PAWer’s Wish until all fees and charges are satisfied in full.

Domains acquired with Crayon can be transferred to other domain managers only at the time of cancellation and it can be used continuously.. In order to transfer the domain (transfer of domain) to another company,

it is necessary to select "transfer to another company and continue using" for domain handling during cancellation and proceed with the procedure..

(Domain transfer can not be performed because it can not be canceled during the minimum use period) We will contact you with domain management information from us once you have applied for domain transfer request, so please proceed according to the direction of the domain management company of the transfer destination afterwards.. Please note that due to the nature of the handling information, we can not respond to inquiries other than the email address you are applying for domain management information..
